DC Lights

On Wednesday we went to the Washington DC Temple with the Youth to do baptisms.

It was a wonderful experience, and for the first time (well since we have lived here) the temple was packed with our Youth.

Afterwards we went to the Temple Visitors Center & enjoyed our time there.

Also, we saw the National Christmas Tree, which is in front of the White House.

Good times :)

Let it Snow!

The snow has decided to grace our presence...which cancelled school for the day.

It is the beginning of our school cancellations, we go when it's 8 below degrees, infact Derek stand's out at the bus stop waiting for the bus for half an hour in that weather, but when snow threatens to pour 1-3 inches, school is out! Lovely Virginia...

Merry Christmas!

We got our Christmas tree up this past weekend (unlike the years before a week before Christmas). Also the Christmas cards were conquered and sent out Monday!!!

Yay! We are somewhat on the ball! The weather is feeling colder now so it is beginning to feel a bit more like the Christmas Season.

Kayleigh began her Senior year!

Kyle began his 8th grade year!
